Explore Neural Organoids
Neural organoids—also known as cerebral organoids—are generated from pluripotent stem cells (PSCs). Embryoid bodies derived from induced PSCs (iPSCs) are encapsulated inCorning® Matrigel® Matrixdroplets and cultured in differentiation media toward a cerebral phenotype on an agitation-based platform. These “mini-brains” can help us understand development of the human brain and help evaluate inherited and acquired brain diseases.
