About LEED Statuses

According toUSGBC’s website, projects pursuing LEED certification earn points across several areas that address sustainability issues. Based on the number of points achieved, a project then receives one of four LEED rating levels: Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

The above Corning facilities reduce waste, save energy and water, conserve other natural resources, use environmentally friendly materials, improve air quality, and help preserve a healthy and clean world for future generations.
